My Data — Export or Delete

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can request a copy of the personal data the SHINE Virtual iHUB stores about you, or ask us to delete it. This covers your WordPress profile and, where applicable, your Moodle learning activity.

How it works: submit the form below. We verify the request via your account email address, then fulfil it using the platform’s personal-data export/erasure tools. You will receive a confirmation email with a download link (for exports) or a deletion confirmation, normally within 30 days.
