Acceptance

By creating an account or otherwise using the SHINE Virtual iHUB, you accept these Terms of Use.

Eligibility

The Platform is intended for students, staff, and collaborators of SHINE partner institutions and approved industry partners.

Account responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Notify the platform administrators of any suspected unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content that infringes copyright or third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Platform.
• Respect other participants in communications and collaborative spaces.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant the consortium a non-exclusive licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the Platform for educational and project-reporting purposes.

Liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. The consortium disclaims liability for damages arising from use of the Platform to the maximum extent permitted by law.
